Post season honors are beginning to roll in

The season isn't over yet but that hasn't stopped the post season honors from starting. A number of area players and coaches have been selected to participate in a number of all star games.

The 30th annual Alabama-Mississippi All Star Classic will take place at noon on Saturday, December 10 at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery, Alabama.

Congrats to Lake Cormorant LB Ladarius Rule for being selected to the Mississippi squad.

The 68th annual Bernard Blackwell North-South All Star Classic will take place at 11:30 am on Saturday, December 17 at Milner Stadium in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Congrats to Lake Cormorant WR Brandon Smith & LB Tyren Irby, Hernando QB Robert Wilcke, Lewisburg OL Seth Johnson and Horn Lake RB Peyton Logan for being selected to represent the North squad.

The 15th Annual Auto Zone Liberty Bowl High School All Star Game will be played at 2:30 pm on Saturday, December 10 at Stokes Stadium on the campus of MUS. The rosters for that game have not been selected yet but we do know the coaches. Congrats to White Station head coach Joe Rocconi and Cordova head coach Anthony Jones for being selected this year.
