Southaven's Hunter Bull was the only area player in this past weekend's Alabama-Mississippi All Star game which was won by Alabama 21-16. There are a number of players participating in the Bernard Blackwell North/South All Star Game on Dec. 22 down in Gulfport.

Anthony Jenkins of Hernando is the head coach for the North team. Assisting him are Roy Bolden of Hernando and Nick Nester from Lake Cormorant.
